Carmella (Connie) Theresa Pessano, on November 27, 2016, beloved wife of the late John (Jack) Pessano devoted mother of Donna Lynn (Charles) Becker and Denise Nicole Pessano loving Nana of Dana Nicole (Nicholas) Greco and Courtney Frances (Gregory) Wallace. Loving Nonni to Nicolina Elizabeth Greco and Jack Nicholas Greco. Survived by brother Joseph Pero (Dorothy), sister of late Rita Ricci (the late Francis), late Carmen "Charlie" Pero, late Mary Pero, late Eleanor "Honey" Barrett (the late Thomas), late Catherine Raddi (the late Thomas) and late Harry Pero (Anna); loving aunt / great aunt to several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing THURSDAY morning, 10:00 to 11:00 A.M., at St. Thomas of Aquinas Roman Catholic Church located on Route 13 in Croydon PA, Funeral Mass to follow at 11:00 AM

Connie was a true matriarch. First and foremost, she loved her family. They were everything in her eyes and there was never anything asked of her that was too much to handle. When recently diagnosed, she was determined to fight for any extra time she could possibly get by going through treatments. As many stated, she was "a tough old broad." This was said with the utmost respect and admiration from everyone who knew her. She was married 63 years to Jack who passed 14 months ago. She is now reunited with the love of her life and the tradition of their weekly date can be continued. Let's hope for a casino up above.
