Daughter of the late Leon Sr. and Miriam Beltz, dear wife of the late Will Avery Locklear, loving mom of Jeanette McGrath (Frank), Miriam Locklear, David Beltz (April). Also survived by 3 grandsons, 7 granddaughters, 3 great grand-sons, 4 great granddaughters, and her brothers and sisters, Lawrence, Richard Sr., Joseph Sr., David Sr., Dianne McCaffrey, Arlene Beltz, and many loving nieces and nephews.
