MORGANTICHARLES J. JR. Our beloved "BIG CHUCK" left us on Jan. 23, 2006. He was a lifelong resident of Northeast Phila and a true gentleman. He left a house of tremendous love and laughter, one which he owned the day he was born there. Welcomed by his proud parents the late Charles and Mary and his devoted sister Carolyn. He started a foundation with his loving wife and best friend for over 35 years Linda. He built on it with his 2 exceptional children Chuck and Nicole. His love for them, and they for him just made it stronger. Over his lifetime he adorned his house with a generous family, loyal friends, extraordinary grandchildren Broghan and Nicholas, mother-in-law Dorothy Diorio and daughter-in-law Karen. As a union carpenter during his life his house was strong. It weathered many storms and saw spectacular days. Although he will be truly missed, this builder's overwhelming life of love and caring will be forever felt in his home. A Gathering will be held on Thurs., after 8:30 A.M. at THE McCAFFERTY-SWEENEY FUNERAL HOME, 6126 Torresdale Ave., followed by a 10 A.M. Funeral Mass in St. Bartholomew's Church. Int.
