Courtland G. Null

Courtland G. Null passed away peacefully at home on January 14, 2024 surrounded by his loving family.

He is the son of the late Howard and Eileen, and is survived by his devoted wife of 62 years, Phyllis, his sons Keith and Sean, daughter in law Jeannie, five grandchildren, Chris, Erin, Kevin Jr., Laura, Jessica, three great grandchildren, and was the father of the late Kevin and Chris. Also survived by his sister Bonnie, brother Richard and brothers in law, Barney and Tom.

Courtland was a brother in the Frankford Masonic Lodge, member of the Frankford High School ’59 championship football team, Boy Scout leader, Wissinoming Soccer and Softball Coach 60’s through the 80’s, outdoor enthusiast, cross country travel enthusiast, enjoyed skiing, camping, fishing and canoeing. 

He worked research and development for the Franklin Institute and for NASA, operated Null Machine Works 1950-1980’s, his family machine shop, and retired from Magnetic Metals after 20+ years. He restored old Chevy trucks and built wood canoes, and was an avid jogger. 

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Courtland’s life while sharing stories and refreshments on Saturday February 10th at Gallo’s Restaurant 8101 Roosevelt Boulevard.  Please come join the Null family from 12 noon to 1 pm at Gallo’s and share your fondest memories, followed by a prayer service and words of remembrance at 1 pm.  Lunch will be served at 1:30 pm.
