Heather L. Meehan (McCarthy), age 50, passed away peacefully and surrounded by love on Friday, July 19, 2024. Heather was born on July 2, 1974 in Philadelphia, to Joseph and Margaret. She is survived by her children Rachel and Joey; and her grandchildren John and Melissa. Heather was full of love, laughter, and resilience, she touched the lives of all who knew her. She cherished every single moment spent with loved ones, especially her children and grandchildren. Family, friends, and others whose lives Heather touched are invited to gather on Monday August 12th from 9:30-11 AM at McCafferty Sweeney Slabinski Barnes Funerals and Cremations 6126 Torresdale Avenue.
