Jerry Ceschan on December 30, 2018. Loving husband of Karen (nee Holdsworth). Also survived by his children Brynn, Reilly, Jerry and Patrick. Beloved son of Karin Mattozzi (Butch) and the late Jerry. Dear brother of Jeannine Cancelliere (John), and Katie Hannan (Frank). Also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Saturday January 5th from 2 PM to 4 PM at the McCafferty-Sweeney Funeral Home, John Barnes Supervisor, 6126 Torresdale Avenue, Phila., PA. Jerry's funeral service will begin at 4 PM. Interment will be held privately.
