Joann Snodgrass (nee Margraff), 83, of Philadelphia passed away Wednesday, October 30th 2024 with her loving family by her side. 

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late John and Helen Margraff. She attended Mastbaum high school and raised her four children in the Wissinoming section of Philadelphia. She loved spending time with family and made the holidays feel special. She enjoyed listening to Elvis, spending her summers in the Poconos, and getting ready for Christmas as soon as the Hallmark channel let her.

Surviving her are her four children; Patricia Pfender (Robert), Denise Appicello, Kim Johnson, Thomas Snodgrass (Tracy), sister-in-law Theresa Borkowski and her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Jack Margraff and ex-wife to the late Thomas Snodgrass. She was preceeded in death by her partner Jim Walsh. 

Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral on Friday, November 8th beginning at 10:30 until noon at Slabinski Sucharski Funeral Home, 2614 Orthodox St, Philadelphia, PA 19137. Words of remembrance will be spoken at noon.  This will be followed by a luncheon at Original’s Italian Restaurant, 9436 State Rd, Philadelphia PA 19114.
