Joseph Schwegler

Joseph E. Schwegler of Lansdale, PA and formerly Hunting Park, Philadelphia, PA passed away peacefully on May 8, 2020. Loving son of the late William J. Schwegler and Catherine Schwegler (ne Kuzmann). Dear brother of the late William A. Schwegler and Mary Ann Schwegler. Devoted uncle of John Schwegler (Michelle), Michael Schwegler, Paul Schwegler (Kelly) and Carrie Smith (Chris). Proud great-uncle of Stephen Schwegler, Kevin Schwegler, Lauren Schwegler, Brynn Schwegler, William Schwegler, Madison Schwegler, Courtney Schwegler, Christopher Smith, Connell Smith, and Cavan Smith. Joe was born on October 3, 1939 and graduated from North Catholic HS in 1957, and Drexel Institute of Technology in 1962 with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering where he later returned for his Master's Degree. He worked as a Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer for United Engineers/Raytheon Constructors for over 42 years. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. In following the current CDC guidelines and keeping everyone safe, Joe's funeral service and burial will be held privately in St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont PA.
