Pop-pop of Briley Rae Walsh, Avalynn Dowling, Alyssa Dowling and Miah Bella Parsons. Brother of Joann Kling (Ronald), Marie Davis (James), Michael J., Joseph (Debra) and Kelly Hillman(Michael), son of the late Joaseph and Joann Dowling (nee Yost). Also survived by many nieces, nephews and his beloved dog, Westy. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Wed.
