LOUIS P.HART III, age 75, passed away suddenly on Monday, March 29, 2021 in Tampa Florida after complications with cancer. Born in Philadelphia, Lou was the loving son of the late Anna (nee Pappas) and Lou, devoted brother of Mary Munz, and the late Dorothy Jeter, and the late Diane Hall. He spent the past 25 plus years in the Tampa area. An avid fisherman, he was sometimes known as "Catfish" Lou, and loved to simply spend time with family and friends on the water. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Catfish Lou's life on Sunday, April 25 at 4 PM at Pete's Place North, 8603 N. Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, Florida 33614.
