Mary E. (nee Kuhn) passed away on December 7 at Sierra Oaks of Bensalem at the age of 96. The beloved wife of the late Robert B.Thomas, she is survived by her sons; Robert W.(Diane) and David L.(Sandra), grandchildren Lynn Gadzinski, Robert Thomas(Kelly), Gwen Stagliano(Michael), Matthew Thomas(Dakota), David Thomas and Jennifer Lepore(Mark); great-grandchildren Cara Gadzinski, Jeffrey Gadzinski, Sarah Lepore, Rebecca Lepore, Leah Lepore, Alissa Thomas, Sean Thomas and Robert Thomas. Also survived by a sister and many loving nieces and nephews. Mary was a registered nurse and worked at Frankford Hospital for 50 years. Relatives and friends are invited to gather Friday, December 12 from 10:00am at McCafferty-Sweeney Funeral Home, 6126 Torresdale Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19135. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Interment Forest Hills Cemetery, Byberry and Philmont Avenue, Philadelphia,PA 19152. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the ASPCA, 350 E. Erie Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19134.
