Patricia Marie Mcconnell

Patricia (Patti) Marie McConnell, 53, of the Feltonville neighborhood of Philadelphia, passed away suddenly on January 28th, 2023. She is survived by her two children,Jaclyn and Andrew, grandchildren, Caileigh and Ella, mother Patricia and siblings, Cheryl, Nancy(Mark), and Robbie(Debbie). She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and her fianc Ed. Patti was preceded in death by her brothers Jay and Shawn, and her father, Patrick(Buster).Patti was the life of every party. She had a heart of gold and was a friend to anyone who was lucky enough to meet her. Her energy was contagious and her crazy, witty personality is what everyone loved most about her. Patti took pride in her Irish heritage, Metallica, the Philadelphia Eagles and her cat JoJo(aka Babygirl) but above all else, her greatest pride and joy in life were her children and grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Friday February 3rd from 11 AM to 1 PM at McCafferty Sweeney Slabinski Barnes Funerals and Cremations, 6126 Torresdale Avenue.
