Patricia Ann Swipes (nee Smithers) passed away on January 8, 2021 surrounded by her family. Devoted mother of Karen Sperduto (John) and the late Mark Swipes. Loving grandmother of Jason Sperduto and Jeffrey Sperduto (Jeannette). Proud great grandmother of Kayla, Giancarlo, Nico and Victoria. Dear sister of William Smithers (late Kathleen), James Smithers (Olga), Lorraine Shannon, Robert Smithers (Cheryl), and also survived by many cherished nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday January 15th after 9 AM in Maternity BVM Church, 9220 Old Bustleton Avenue. Funeral mass will begin at 10 AM and her interment will follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Patricia to Maternity BVM Church 9220 Old Bustleton Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19115 would be appreciated by her family.
