On May 25, 2021, William "Bill" John Smith, of Parrish, FL (formerly of Philadelphia), peacefully passed away at the age of 57 in the arms of his beloved wife. Bill was an avid Philadelphia sports fan and a proud graduate of The Temple University. Bill enjoyed watching and critiquing all Philadelphia sports, being a dedicated athlete, and above all being a coach on and off the field. He was lovingly known as "C Bill" and "My favorite Uncle." Bill loved sitting by a campfire, blasting his favorite music with his beverage of choice, in the company of family and friends. Bill was always the life of the party and truly was a people person. The greatest title he's ever held was "Pops". Bill is survived by his devoted wife Catherine Smith, daughter Nicole Smith, son-in-law William Butler, son William "Bubba" Smith, daughter-in-law Jeanine Codi-Dirienzo, grandson Liam Smith, his parents Margaret and Kenneth Smith, brothers Kenneth Smith (wife Lara), Michael Smith (wife Daniela). Brother-in-law to Charles Pembroke, Dorothy Greenhaugh, Christine Pembroke, Anna and Chalie Ritter, Bernadette and Charles Sininan, Joseph and Cheryl Pembroke, and James Pembroke. Uncle of 29 nephews and nieces and great uncle to 9 nephews and nieces.
